Web Designers

Wondered if you guys could give me some contacts on who designs your webs sites. As a singer I am looking to build a web site for the first time. I personally find the whole 'pub singer' stereotyoe a bit cheesy and having looked on other singers web sites, they are mostly pretty naff (Photos taken 30 years ao, dreadful sound clips, cheap fonts etc). I have had a look at some of yours and they seem more like what I want, so wanted to know who to contact, and any ideas on basic prices(I know that's like asking how long is a piece of string).

Thanks

Is that the type of thing you are looking for?

Mark's web design is pretty good, here his most recent site - http://gay-space.co.uk/
Pete Williams is, without doubt, the best DJ in the northern part of Horsham between Rusper road and Littlehaven station !

I provide low-cost cPanel based hosting from a UK server. My server has provided 100.00% uptime this year.

I have provided Joomla based sites to some companies, and my other "string" is online stores - so if you want to sell online, I have 7 years experience of this, but also happy to help with simple or complex projects, and have worldwide clients that regularly call on me for advice.

For DJs, I can assist with DJ EventPlanner and DJ Intelligence integration (anything from Google Sites, to Static HTML, through to Joomla/Wordpress).

Expertise in Ajax, JQuery, PHP, Mysql, ASP.net (and traditional asp/Vbscript), CSS, and XHTML. If you have a need for a DJ website, I can accommodate most budgets and designs.
For a typical DJ, this could mean automatic watermarking of all images in a folder - so you just upload bare (unwatermarked) images, and my code will apply a text or graphical watermark to reduce image theft.
Form to email with Capcha (anti-spam), and Ajax based music look-up (if you have your music listings in CSV format, I can provide code that gives a searchable database on your site)

I don't offer flash, but most effects are achievable without that, and provide better Search Engine Optimisation. I do have assocates who ARE able to code all levels of flash -if its really required.
